Wagner, ETN 2 Phillip A. (Military Notes - 1969)

ETN 2 Phillip A. Wagner, son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Wagner, will leave November 29 for Holy Locks, Scotland, for three months’ duty with the Gold crew of the Polaris submarine, U. S. S. Thomas Jefferson. Wagner, a 1964 Neillsville High School graduate, entered the navy in March, 1966, and after extensive electronic training at a school in Dam Neck, Va., was assigned to the U. S. S. Thomas Jefferson. Each submarine has a Blue and Gold crew, which alternate after every three months of duty.
