About 200 guests from Abbotsford, Dorchester, Stetsonville, Marshfield, Tripoli, Medford and vicinity attended the wedding of Miss Darla Mae Ruesch and Kenneth E. Storch on June 27, 1964 at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church at Stetsonville.

Mr. and Mrs. Storch have returned from a week's wedding trip to Mackinac Island and are residing at their home recently purchased in Medford.

Mr. Storch is a bookkeeper for Francis Melvin Redi-Mix at Abbotsford. His bride is a teacher in the public grade school at Westboro.

Bouquets of yellow and white mums decorated the church altar before which nuptial promises were repeated by the daughter of Ben Ruesch of Medford and Mrs. Mary Lou Ruesch of Marshfield, and the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Storch of Stetsonville. During the 2:30 o'clock ceremony, at which the Rev. Wilbert Frank officiated, the church choir sang "Take Thou My Hands" and "The Lord's Prayer."

The bride, who was presented in marriage by her father, wore a floor length gown of organza over taffeta with a lace train that extended from the shoulders. Lace trimmed the long sleeved bodice and appliques of Chantilly lace detailed the controlled skirt of unpressed pleats. A double crown of pearls secured her shoulder length veil. She carried a crescent shaped bouquet of a white orchid and yellow roses.

Attending the couple were Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Czeshinski of Medford, brother-in-law and sister of the bride, as honor attendants, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Storch of Muskegon, Mich., brother and sister-in-law of the groom, and Miss Sandra McGuire and Jerry Doyle of Medford, friends of the couple.

Tami Wilson of Medford was the flower girl. Mark Storch of Muskegon carried the rings on a white satin heart with lace trim.

Larry Meschefske of Stetsonville and Lloyd Lindahl of Medford performed the ushering duties.

Frocks of blue organza were chosen for the bride's attendants, romance blue for the matron of honor, and light blue for the bridesmaids. The fitted bodices were made with bateau necklines edged in beads and had three-quarter length sleeves. The floor length dome skirts were detailed with bows at the waist and Watteau panels falling from the shoulders. White wrist length gloves, blue blushing veils with pearl crowns and crescent bouquets of white carnations and yellow roses completed their ensembles.

The flower girl wore a blue nylon frock with matching blush veil and pearl crown and carried a basket of yellow roses and white carnations.

After the church ceremony, a reception and supper, and evening dancing took place at the VFW Hall at Medford.
