Miss Mart Kathryn Conzemius, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Conzemius, Owen, became the bride of John Michael Mizerka, son of Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Mizerka, Thorp, on Saturday, September 5th at Holy Rosary Church, Owen. Rev. H.B. Crubel performed the 10:30 a.m. Mass.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, chose a luxurious floor length bridal gown or imported rose point lace. A Sabrina neckline, etched with pearls and sequins and long traditional tapered sleeves accented the fitted bodice. The bouffant skirt was swept into a chapel train, highlighted by a V-shaped arrangement of lace cabbage roses at the back waistline.

A double crown of lace and pearls featuring crystal drops held her veil of illusion and she carried a cascade of 3 white orchids, ivy and stephanotis.

Miss Patricia Stewart was maid of honor and bridesmaids were Miss Mary Jane Hedler and Miss Patricia Larson, Thorp. They wore street length sheaths with removable overskirts of royal blue de-lustered satin. Scoop necklines and elbow length sleeves accented the fitted bodice. The slim line of the skirt was fashioned with tiers, complimented by a semi-bouffant overskirt. A sunburst of pearl and crystal held their bustle veils in harmonizing color.

Junior bridesmaid was Miss Carol Burke and junior groomsman was John Conzemius.

Mr. Wm. Conzemius was best man and groomsmen were Larry Ciolkosz and Roger Hendricks. Ushers were Art Brissette and Norm Dieter.

A dinner was held at Holy Rosary dining hall at 12:30 and a reception from 3 to 7 was held at Meadowview Country Club, Owen.

The new couple will make their home at 408-½ Newton Ave., Eau Claire.
