Clark County Male Chorus (Spring Sing - 13 April 2013)

The Clark County Male Chorus will be hosting their 46th Annual Spring Sing that will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2013, at the Granton High School gymnasium. The concert will begin at 7:00 p.m., and there will be a variety of sacred, secular, patriotic, and “just plain fun” songs performed.

The guest chorus this year will be the Rochester Male Chorus, traveling from Rochester, Minnesota. Both choruses will be performing several selections as a solo chorus, and then join together for several selections as a massed chorus.

The Clark County Male Chorus was organized in 1964 and serves as singing ambassador for Clark County. The current membership is about 24 members, and they have performed at many different functions during their season, which runs from September to May.

The group is always looking for a few good men to sing and to continue the proud tradition of the Clark County Male Chorus. Being able to read music is not a requirement to join the group. An enthusiasm for singing and dedication to rehearsing on Monday evenings for two hours from September to May is all that is required.

Tickets for the Spring Sing can be purchased at the Granton High School on the evening of the concert, or from any Clark County Male Chorus member.
