Fuller, C. O. MD (29 July 1873 19??)

C. O. FULLER, M. D., physician and surgeon at Stratford, Wis., was born July 29, 1873, at Seymour, Outagamie County, Wis., a son of A. G. and Mary A. Fuller, old residents of Seymour. C. O. He handles his own drugs, as there is no drug store in the town.
