Mr. and Mrs. Herb House visited at Painton’s Friday and
Saturday last and over Sunday. They
took their departure Monday for Minneapolis where they are to make their future
home.
The stork visited Lindsey Friday morning of last week
and presented a baby girl at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Ulbright.
At last reports the mother and baby are both doing nicely.
Rev. Wiser whose home is at City Point is billed to
speak on the temperance question at the Lindsey church Saturday evening, March 7th,
and will also preach Sunday morning and evening.
Rev. Peckham filled his appointment last Sunday morning
and evening and had good attendances considering the severeness of the weather.
Leo Peckham was up fro Grand Rapids several days last
week visiting at the home of Ketelle’s and with them called on W.C. Washburn one
evening.
Lindsey is to have a cheese factory and operations will
begin about April first.
