Northup, Mrs. Loretta Ann (Marriage - 1968)

Mrs. Loretta Ann (Schulist) Northup of Greenview Estates, Belvidere, Ill., daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ted Schulist of Neillsville, exchanged marriage vows Saturday with Charles Arthur young of Rockford, Ill., son of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Young of Russell, Ark. The double ring ceremony was performed in St. John’s Lutheran Church in Pecatonica, Ill., by the Rev. Edward W. Licht.

For her wedding the bride wore a light blue knee-length dress, styled with an Empire waistline. A knee-length train and cap sleeves enhanced the ensemble. She carried a yellow rose bouquet. Janice Schulist was matron-of-honor. She was seen in a turquoise knee-length dress, styled with a chiffon overskirt. She wore a yellow rose corsage. Daniel Schulist was bestman.

The bride is a graduate of Neillsville High School. Mr. Young was discharged from the Marines in April. He had been awarded the Bronze Star and the Purple Heart in action in Vietnam. He is employed at the Chrysler Corp. in Belvidere, Ill. Mr. and Mrs. Young are residing in Greenview Estates in Belvidere.
