Buchanan, Darlene (Fritsche) (? - 15 MAR 2013)

Darlene Buchanan passed away March 15, 2013, surrounded by her loving family.

Darlene was the loving daughter of Kathleen Fritsche and the late LeRoy Fritsche. Darlene was proud of her daughters, Kathleen Velasquez (Gary Viets), Michelle (Gary) Klopp, Penny (Carlo) Nevicosi and Helena (Ken) Lynn.

She proudly served in the United States Air Force. Darlene worked many jobs ending her work career in the United States Postal Service at the Abbotsford Post Office.

Darlene is survived by her mother; her daughters; and her wonderful grandchildren, Matthew Schnabel, Adam (Jamie) Schnabel, Ericka, Megan and Teresa Klopp, Preston Ward, Gianna Nevicosi, Adrian and Annalyse Lynn. She is also survived by her brother, Michael Hutchins; and wonderful sister-in-law, Ginny.

In addition to her dad, LeRoy; she was preceded in eternal life by her granddaughter, Aspen Klopp.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Maurina-Schilling Funeral Home in Colby is serving the family.

In lieu of flowers and plants: “To remember me…give my soul to God. If by chance, you wish to remember me, do it with a kind deed or word to someone who needs you. If you do all I have asked, I will live forever.”
