Mina Marks (3 April 1885 – 27 Dec 1952)

Mrs. A. C. (Andrew) Marks, 67, 207 E. Second St., died at 4:30 a.m. today in St. Joseph’s Hospital. She had been a patient there the past four weeks.

Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Tuesday in St. John’s Catholic Church. The Rev.
Eugene Comiskey will officiate and burial will be made in Hillside cemetery.

The body will repose at the Hansen Funeral Home from Sunday noon to the time of
services. A general rosary service is scheduled at 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Marks, the former Mina Frances Laughlin (Loughlin), was born April 3, 1885, in Custer. She came to Marshfield with her parents at an early age, and received her education in Custer
and at McKinley High School here.

Her marriage to A. C. Marks took place Nov. 28, 1905, at Dorchester. Since their marriage, they had been residents of this city most of the time.

She is survived by her husband, daughter, Mrs. Gladys Wilkens, and a son, Leslie Andrew
Marks, Marshfield; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; three sisters, Mrs. John
Donhard and Mrs. Ruth Scheel, Madison; and Mrs. Herman Kronschnabl, Crandon; and
two brothers, Ed, Boston, Mass., and Dan in Australia.

A daughter and two brothers preceded her in death.
