Dooley, Chad E. (11 August 1975 – 20 August 2005)

Chad E. Dooley, 30, of Ettrick, passed away Saturday, August 20, 2005, unexpectedly.

He was born in La Crosse on August 11, 1975 and raised in Holmen. He worked at Convenience Transportation for eleven years. Chad will be remembered as a loving husband, father, son and brother. Chad had the biggest heart of anyone imaginable and always had the biggest smile on his face. Chad liked to keep very busy and had many hobbies, including working on older vehicles, hunting, collecting guns and golfing.

He is survived by his wife, Jeanette (Klatt), of Ettrick and their son, Cody; his parents, Joseph and Fran Dooley, of Holmen; and his two brothers, Barry Dooley and Thomas Dooley, both of La Crosse.

Services were held on August 24, at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Holmen. Father Robert Schaller officiated and burial was at the Green Mound Cemetery, Holmen.

In lieu of glowers, memorials may be given to the Cody J. Dooley Memorial Fund.

Other notes: Chad was also survived by his father and mother-in-law, Bruce and Edna Klatt of Alma Center and a brother-in-law and several sisters-in-law along with many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Services will be on Wednesday, August 24, 2005 at 11:30 a.m. at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Holmen. Father Robert Schaller will officiate, and burial will be at the Green Mound Cemetery, Holmen.

Family and friends may call at the church on Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m., where there will be a prayer service at 7 p.m. and again on Wednesday from 10:30 a.m. until the time of services.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Cody J. Dooley Memorial Fund.

The Dickinson Family Funeral Home, La Crosse, WI, is assisting the family with arrangements.
