Mrs. Ursula Young Dies Here

Mrs. Ursala Young died at the home of her daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Marbes, last week Tuesday, after an illness of five weeks caused by a breakdown in health due to extreme age, and was buried Friday afternoon from St. Paul’s Evangelical church, Rev. Feer of Stevens Point conducting the service in the presence of many relatives and friends.

She was born in Wittenberg, Germany, August 31, 1829, and came to America in 1847, locating at Lockport, Penn., where she was married to Valentine Young, living there for twelve years, when she moved to Grafton, Wis.  She resided there until six weeks ago when she came to Marshfield to spend her remaining days with her daughter.

Those present at the funeral from out of town were Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Bower of Milwaukee, Mr. and Mrs. Marten Young of Chicago and Anton Herzinger of Sheboygan.
