JOHN ARMEAH, proprietor of Connor House, Auburndale. Was born at Dansville, N. Y., March 9, 1848. Left home in the Spring of 1865, and went to Pike's Peak; remained in the mining regions some six years, then returned as far as Portage Co., Wis., and in 1874, settled at Auburndale. He was married. Oct. 9, 1878, to Miss Alice Shadduck, of Plainville, Adams Co., Wis. They have one child, Oracle Belle.
