Lasee, Lois (28 May 1946 - 21 June 2002)

PHILLIPS - Lois Lasee, Phillips, formerly of Ogema, passed away on Fri., June 21, 2002, at the St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield, at the age of 56, after a battle with cancer. She was born May 28, 1946, in Marshfield, the daughter of Emil and Julia (Jablonsky) Romansky.

She spent her entire life in the Price County area. She attended and graduated from Phillips High School, Class of 1964. She was married to Ray Howard on October 8, 1966. He preceded her in death on May 29, 1970. She was then married to Raymond Lasee on August 5, 1972, in Prentice. He preceded her in death on January 28, 1999. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Prentice. She spent her free time with her family and friends, walking and shopping.

She Is survived by a son: Dan (Joan) Lasee, Ogema, a daughter Tammy (Chad) Dieman Phillips, four grandchildren: Tasha, Paige, Jordyn, and Trent, a brother: Rick (Alice) Romansky, Mukwonago, Wis., and her twin sister: Letty (Ron) Brzezinski, Fort Collins, Colo. She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband Ray Howard, her second husband Raymond Lasee, and two brothers: Clarence and Larry Romansky.

The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tues. at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Prentice, with Fr. Gerald Hagen and Fr. Jack Regh concelebrating the funeral mass.

Friends may call after 5:30 p.m. today at the Heindl Funeral Home, Prentice, where a parish wake service will be held at 7 p.m.
