Katzenberger, Glen A. (5 July 1941 - 15 Mar. 2009)

Glen A. Katzenberger, 67, of Marshfield died Sun. March 15, 2009, at Saint Joseph's Hospital.

Funeral services will be at 7:30 p.m. Wed., March 18, 2009, at Rembs' Funeral Home (300 S. Oak Ave. - Marshfield, WI), with the Rev. James J. Logan officiating.

Visitation will be from 3 p.m. until time of the services Wed. at Rembs' Funeral Home (300 S. Oak Ave. - Marshfield, WI).

Glen was born July 5, 1941, in town of Rock to Anton and Lois (Lieber) Katzenberger.

He was united in marriage to Theresa "Terri" J. Budtke on Oct. 20, 1962, in Milwaukee.

Glen worked as an ironworker in Milwaukee before returning in 1972 and living in Lindsey. Glen worked at Felker Brothers Manufacturing in Marshfield in the maintenance department, retiring in 1999. During this time, Glen raced stock cars for 28 years all over the state of Wisconsin.

After retiring, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, restoring old tractors and having coffee with the neighbors.

He is survived by his wife, Terri; four children, Christine Farnsworth of Fort Worth, Texas, Lori (Chad Lippert) Luther of Pittsville, Mark and Brian Katzenberger, both at home; two grandchildren, Brad (Sam Steponik) Luther of City Point and Steve Luther of Plattville.

Glen is further survived by a sister, Marlene (Thomas) Mather of Muskego.

Besides his parents, Glen was preceded in death by two sons, Glen Jr. and Michael in infancy; and a brother, Ronald.
