-Osolkowski, Albert (21 APR 1869 - NOV 1947)

Final rites were read at a requiem mass at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in the Town of Holway for Albert Osolkowski aged 78, at nine o’clock Monday morning, Dec. 1, 1947. The Fr. Seeboth of the parish officiated. Burial was made in the family lot in the church cemetery. Pallbearers at the service were Mike Kowalski, Joe Kowalewski, Ignatz Novak, Tom Novak, Charles Rahn and Wendel Karaba.

Albert Osolkowski was born April 21, 1869, in Poland, and at an early age came to America. For more than the past 20 years he has resided in the Town of Holway and by his righteous living and friendliness had wont he respect and admiration of all that knew him. Unfortunately he had been in poor health for the past several years and his passing from these earthly surroundings grieves his survivors but frees him of pains and ills for a happier life.

Surviving him are his wife and four children, two sons, Frank of Owen, and Joe of Milwaukee, and two daughters, Mary and Josephine, both of whom reside in Chicago. One son Stanley, preceded him in death in 1941.
