Schubert, William F. (September 16, 1907 - December 1, 2008)

Former Medford resident William F. Schubert, 101, Thornton, Colo., died Monday, Dec. 1, 2008.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, Dec. 6 at Horan and McConaty Family Chapel in Thornton. Burial will be at Highlands Cemetery in Thornton.

Visitation will be held Friday, Dec. 5 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

William Schubert was born September 16, 1907.

Survivors include his children, Marilyn A. Fleischmann, Floreine M. (George) Baumgartner, William R. (Rosie), Robert D. (Toni) and Beverly J. (Willy) Adams; a sister, Edna McComber of Chicago; 12 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mabel; nine brothers and sisters; two grandsons, Doug Fleischmann and Danny Copp; and a son-in-law, Edward Fleischmann.
