A requiem high mass was read by Rev. Palaszewski at St. Mary’s Church at Lublin at ten o’clock, after which military honors were accorded the deceased at the grave with a salute by the post firing squad and taps. Interment took place in the parish cemetery.

Mr. Syryczak was born in Poland. He served in the First World War, after which he operated a farm near Lublin for the past twenty-eight years. He was married to Anna Nowak in 1923.

He is survived by his widow and three sons, Irving, stationed at Sheppard Field, Texas and Donald and John at home, and two daughters, Lorraine at home and Mrs. Virginia Ustanlowski at Lublin, Wis.
