Mayotte, Jesse L. (August 2, 1981 - October 2, 2008)

 

Jesse L. Mayotte, 27, Medford, died Thursday, Oct. 2 at Memorial Health Center emergency room, where he had been taken earlier by ambulance.

 

Funeral services were held Monday, Oct. 6 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Medford, with Father Gerard Willger and Deacon Joseph Stefancin officiating. Interment was at Holy Rosary Catholic Cemetery in Medford. Pallbearers were Alan Hoffman, Edward Lannet, Frank Ellner, Mike Dube, Mike Dube Jr., Robert Mayotte, Sam Brady and Shane Gale.

 

Jesse Mayotte was born August 2, 1981 in Medford to Dennis R. and Kay L. (Lannet) Mayotte. He attended Holy Rosary Catholic School and was a 1999 graduate of Medford Area Senior High. After high school he worked at WaDal Plastics in Medford for about three years. He then worked at PMC in Eagle for one year and was currently attending Northcentral Technical College in Wausau, majoring in management.

 

He was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church. He enjoyed old cars, playing video games, and was an avid fisherman.

 

Survivors include his parents; a son, Connor of Medford; his significant other, Jennifer Hacker of Rib Lake; three brothers, Michael and Matthew, both of Oconomowoc, and Jeremy of Weston; a sister, Jamie Mayotte of Wauwatosa; two nephews, Cameron and Cody Mayotte of Wausau; aunts and uncles; and other relatives and friends.

 

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to his family to be designated at a later date.

 

Hemer Funeral Service of Medford assisted the family with arrangements.
