BERTHA MAY CHAMBERLIN/ELMER C. MORRILL MARRIAGE

A pretty home wedding was celebrated last Saturday evening, Jan. 26, 1902 at the home of Mrs. Anna Chamberlin of this city, the contracting parties being her daughter Bertha May, to Elmer C. Morrill of Madison, S. D., the Rev. L.C. Voss officiating.

The attendants were Miss Minna Braun and Arthur Chamberlin, brother of the bride. About thirty relatives and friends were present.

After the ceremony and congratulations, the guests were invited to the dining room, where a bounteous supper was served. The decorations were white and pink carnations. The bride looked very dainty in a gown of brown, carrying white carnations, as also did the bridesmaid, who was gowned in red, and carried pink carnations.

The young couple will leave today for Madison, S.D., where they will visit relatives until the middle of March, when they leave for Alberta, N.W. Territory, Canada, where they will make their future home.

A bright, happy and prosperous future, is the wish that follows them from their Greenwood, Clark County friends.
