Little Clara Foemmel got a fish hook from her brother’s line caught in her eyelid, which tore quite a gash in it.
Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Foemmel called on the Paul and Robert Garbush families Sunday afternoon.
Mr. Ehlert made his monthly call in this neighborhood the first of the week.
Frank, Truman and Louis Davis autoed to Marshfield to see Dr. Hipke, the eye specialist.
Frant Osgood, sons Myron and Rella, and Kearney Davis autoed to Marshfield the same day for the same purpose.
Mr. and Mrs. Lester Schaefer spent Sunday with relatives in York.
Pat Cranston lost a valuable horse one day last week.
Mrs. Truman Davis and daughter Lucille spent Sunday afternoon with Pa and Ma Breese. On their way home they called at Frank Davis’ to see the former’s school teacher Dr. Leonard Harriman who had that day autoed down from Howard Lake, Minn.
Truman Davis spent from Sunday noon until Monday night with his father, who is slowly gaining.
