Gaston, William (4 November 1887 - 8 January 1967)
Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon from the Georgas Funeral Home for
William Gaston, 83, of Fairchild, who died here Sunday. The Rev. E. G. Burtness
of Calvary Lutheran Church officiated and burial was made in the Town of Mentor
Cemetery near Humbird.
Mr. Gaston was born November 4, 1887, in
Fairchild. He was educated and lived most of his lifetime in the Fairchild area.
He worked for the Foster Railway company many years ago. On August 20, 1918, he
was married to the former Ruth Koboski, in Fairchild. She has preceded him in
death.
Surviving are the following in-laws: Mr. and Mrs. Lisiecki of
Hixton; Mr. and Mrs. Glen Bush of Neillsville; Sylvester and Tony Koboski of
Fairchild; Victor Koboski of Sparta; and Mrs. Elda Koboski of Merrillan.
