Clark, H.C. (elected to high Masonic office - OCT 1914)

H.C. Clark and J.A. Phillips returned home from Milwaukee last week where they attended the meeting of the Grand Commandery of the state of Wisconsin. Mr. Clark was honored by the election to the office of Grand Senior Deacon of the Commandery, having held the office of Grand Junior Deacon last year. This is the second step toward the position of presiding officer which Masonic friends of Mr. Clark hope will come to him. Incidentally the report read at the meeting shows that the Neillsville Commandery made the highest percentage of gain of any commandery in the state during the past year.
