Campbell, Judith Ann (Marriage - 30 April 1966)

Nuptial vows were exchanged Saturday in a double ring ceremony in the First Methodist Church in Neillsville, uniting in marriage Miss Judith Ann Campbell, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Campbell of Neillsville, and Robert Walter Vine, son of Mr. and Mrs. Irving Vine of rural Granton.  Officiating was the Rev. Oscar Nichols. Baskets of white gladioli and blue carnations graced the altar.

The bride was given in marriage by her brother, Donald Campbell.  For her wedding she chose a floor length gown of Chantilly lace and a scalloped neckline complemented the fitted Basque bodice. The story book skirt was highlighted by a triple court train, edge in lace. She carried a cascade arrangement of pink roses and feather pink chrysanthemums.

Mrs. Donald Campbell of Chicago, Ill, was her matron of honor. Bridesmaids were her sister, Miss Patricia Campbell, and Mrs. Dale Vine.

The attendants were attired in floor length dresses of organza in blue. Venetian lace formed the elbow-length sleeves and the waistlines.  A back panel, topped by a cabbage rose, highlighted the dome skirts.

Dale Vine served as bestman. Groomsmen were Richard Hoffmann and Harold Vine. Richard Campbell and Kenneth Vine were the ushers.

Wilfred Galstad, accompanied by Mrs. T. N. Thompson, sang, "The Wedding Prayer" and "The Lord’s Prayer."

Following the ceremony a dinner and reception were held in the American Legion Hall, followed by a dance in the evening.

Mrs. Vine is a 1965 graduate of Neillsville High School.  Prior to her wedding she was employed in Chicago, Ill.  Mr. Vine, a 1963 graduate of Granton High School, is employed in a trailer home manufacturing concern in Marshfield.

People from out of town attending the wedding were: Mr. and Mrs. Donald Campbell of Chicago, Ill.; Mr. and Mrs. Bud Anderegg and family of Milwaukee; Louis Wilson of Marshfield; Mr. and Mrs. DeWayne Mashin of Tomah; Miss Sue Anderegg and fiancé of Menomonie; Miss Carol King of Milwaukee; Mrs. Dale Haunschild of Minneapolis, Minn.; Mr. and Mrs. Gary Krasselt and family, Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Kissinger and Roger of Chili; Mr. and Mrs. Harold Hillert and family of Waterford; Mr. and Mrs. James Krasselt and family of Spencer; Mr. and Mrs. Dale Krasselt and Mr. and Mrs. Walter Hillert of Chili.
