Notes

Frank Wagner was the victim of an accident Tuesday forenoon, while loading some logs in the woods near Warner's corners, whereby a log rolled against his left leg, breaking it in the thigh.  He was working with Curtiss Markham who did what he could to get Mr. Wagner free and after some time, with the help of Roy Brown and Henry Cook, who were sawing wood on the S. G. Haglund's land near by helped get him home.  Drs. Barber of Greenwood and Richmond of Loyal went up in the afternoon and set the limb and the patient is reported doing as well as possible under the circumstances.  Greenwood Gleaner, 7 Mar 1902.
