Cline, George (1869 - 1951)


GREENWOOD--George Cline, 82, route 1, Vesper, a former resident of this community (Greenwood, Clark County), died Friday evening, Feb. 2, 1951. Death was attributed to old age complications. He had been in poor health for some time.


Funeral services have been set for Monday at 2 p.m. at the Stabnow Funeral Home in Greenwood. Burial will be made in the Greenwood Cemetery. The body is reposing at the funeral home.
Mr. Cline moved from here to Vesper about 20 years ago.


Surviving besides his wife are the following children: Frank, Pittsville David, Vesper, Richard, Two Rivers, Mrs. Frank (Marguerite) Yench, Two Rivers and Mrs. Fred (Luella) Hohl, Greenwood.


Eighteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren also survive.
