OBITUARY OF MRS. AXEL F. KROKSON


Frony Seibold
, daughter of Andrew and Lena Seibold, was born at Greenwood, Clark County, Wis., Aug. 14, 1891 and passed away at her home in Cornell Aug. 27, 1935 at the age of 44 years and 13 days.


On Nov. 15, 1910 she was united in marriage to Axel F. Krokson at Greenwood, Wis. They made their home at Greenwood until 1920, when they moved to Cornell onto their present location.


To this union were born two sons, Albert and Elmer, who survive their mother.


Those who remain to mourn her death, besides her husband and two sons, are her father and step-mother, Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Sebold of Greenwood three sisters, Mrs. Rober Dolan of Dodsland, Sask, Canada Mrs. Hubert Kuehn of Greenwood and Mrs. Alfred Laabs of Standley three brothers, Louie and Harry of Herschel Sask, Canada and John Seibold of Greenwood. One brother and twin sister preceded her in death in infancy, also her mother, passing away June 10, 1931. Mrs. Krokson also leaves several other relatives a host of friends who will sadly mourn her passing.


Funeral services were held on Saturday, Aug. 31, at 2:00 p.m. from Our Savior's Lutheran Church, the Rev. E. S. Eidesvik officiating. Mrs. Ole Thorson and son, Gaylord, sang three songs and Mrs. Wm. Corbine recited a poem Folded Hands. The floral tributes were numerous and beautiful, giving testimony of the esteem of many relatives and friends. Pallbearers were Messrs. Archie Coggins, George Baribeau, John Thon, Thomas Vassuer, Tony Stein and Morris Selmer. Interment was made at the Cornell Cemetery.


The relatives from out of town who attended the funeral were: Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Seibold, Mr. and Mrs. John Seibold, Mr. and Mrs. Hubert Kuehn, Norbert, Harold and Ivalyn Kuehn, Mrs. Wm. Geisler, Adolph Geisler and son Norman, Ed Geisler, Mrs. Anna Geisler, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Krokson and daughters, Victor Kokson, Mrs. Sydney Heidrich, Roy and Evelyn Krokson, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Smith, all of Greenwood Mr. and Mrs. Gustave Strebe and Mr. and Mrs. Albert Strebe of Abbotsford Mrs. Freida Strebe of Auburndale Mr. and Mrs. Wlater Mews of Marshfield Mr. and Mrs. Donal Drew of Owen Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Laabs and daughter of Stanley.


Among the friends from away were Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Seidelmann, Mrs. Carl Sischo, Mrs. Quinton Irvine, Miss Selma Abel, Wm. Laabs and Mr. Markee, all of Greenwood Otto Manthey of Auburndale and Mr. and Mrs. Jos. Fenn of Oshkosh.
