Mrs. Louis Arch

She was taken suddenly ill the week before her death and was taken to Dr. Austin, who found her in very serious condition with appendicitis and gall stones. For several days after the operation she was very bright and seemed to be gaining. On Saturday her condition turned for the worse, kidney infection having set in. Rev. Father Weber of Neillsville visited her daily while she was at the hospital to help cheer her.

Deceased was born in Yugoslavia Nov. 12, 1888. She leaves to mourn her loss, her husband and seven small children, Frank, Steve, Willie, Ernest, Betty, Julia and baby Angeline. One little boy, Louis, preceded her in death ten years ago. She also leaves one brother, Rev. Father John Vodapivec, and two sisters in Czechoslovakia. Bother her parents passed away several years ago.

Mrs. Arch was a kind and loving wife and mother and a good neighbor, who will be greatly missed.

Funeral services were held from the Holy Family Church at Willard, Monday morning at 10:00 o'clock. Rev. Father Novak officiated at the Requiem High Mass, after which he delivered a very beautiful sermon in the English language to the family and friends. The body was laid to rest in the Catholic Cemetery.

The floral offerings were many and beautiful and showed the high esteem for Mrs. Arch.

Those from away who attended the funeral wee Mr. Arch's only brother, Joe Arch and son of Milwaukee, and Mrs. Stampler and son Sam of Neillsville.
