ELLA WERLE


Funeral services were conducted at 2 p.m., Saturday, March 26, at the Rinka Funeral Home, Loyal, for Miss Ella (Louise) Werle, 84, of the Clark County Health Care Center, passed away at 8:20 a.m., Wednesday, March 23, 1977, at the Clark County Health Care Center, Owen.


Rev. Gene Carlson officiated at the service, and Miss Terri Rakovec was the soloist, accompanied by Mrs. John Olson on the organ. Burial was made in the Loyal Cemetery.


Ella Werle was born on Dec. 15, 1892, in the Town of Loyal to Phillip and Augusta Schultz Werle. She received her education at the Mack School and graduated from Loyal High School. She also attended State Teachers College at Stevens Point.


She lived for many years in the Spokeville area with her parent and one sister until Jan. 1, 1971, when she moved to the Clark County Health Care Center.


She was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters and four brothers.


Byron Zepplin, Richard Weyer, William Theisen, Jesse Raab, Bernard Clouse and Eric Axelson served as pallbearers. Rink Funeral Home, Loyal, was in charge of arrangements.
