LUDWIG JORDAN

 

Ludwig Jordan, 82, Willard, Clark County, died Thursday, June 25, 1992, at Neillsville Memorial Hospital, Neillsville. Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 27, 1992, at Holy Family Catholic Church, Willard. Rev. James Lesczynski officiated and burial was in Holy Family Cemetery.

 

Pallbearers were George Gregorich, Leo Gregorich, Ed Perko, Bill Petkovsek, John W. Trunkel, and Bill Lucas.

 

Ludwig Jordan was born Jan. 5, 1910, in Willard, to Joseph and Agnes (nee Gruber) Jordan. He received his education at North Willard Schools. He married Elizabeth Scharenbrock June 29, 1931, at Holy Family Catholic Church, Willard. She survives.


He farmed in the town of Mead for seven years and then farmed in the town of Hendren until retiring in 1983. They continued to live on the home farm. He was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church.

 

Survivors include his wife two daughters, Mrs. Joe (Lorraine) Kadlec, St. Paul, Minn. and Mrs. Betty Schmidt, Loyal two sons, Rudy Jordan, Grand Rapids, Minn. and Bill Jordan, Kendall one sister, Sister Genevieve Jordan, Springfield, Ill. 27 grandchildren, and 33 great-grandchildren.
