SAMUEL W. WILLIAMS


Samuel W. Williams, who resided with his daughter, Mrs. Edward Griffith of this place (Neillsville, Clark County), passed away at eight o'clock Friday evening, June 21, 1912 of general debility. The deceased was born in Wales March 16, 1828 and was therefore 84 years, 3 months and 5 days. Surviving the deceased are two daughters, Mrs. J. A. Roberts of Lake Crystal, Minn., and Mrs. E. J. Griffith of this place, and two sons, William R. of Oshkosh and John C., a Baptist minister located at Tekamah, Neb. The funeral was held Monday, June 24, 12 o'clock at the Methodist Church at Christie. Interment took place at Christie cemetery.
