Mr. and Mrs. A. Lindow spent Sunday with the formers brother August.

E. Conrad took some turkeys to Lynn Monday.

Mr. and Mrs. A. Degener of Chili called on the H. Dietrich family Sunday.

Louis Lindow is cutting fodder in this neighborhood this week.

Mr. and Mrs. W. Guk had the misfortune to break their cutter Sunday in the village of Lynn as they were on their way for a short visit at Carl Loeffler’s.  It is not known if the breakdown was caused by exceeding the speed limit or if there was a flaw in the material.  Be that as it may, Bill said it was broke alright.  O. Becker who can always be relied upon to help a man out of his troubles once more proved a friend in need.  He let the distressed parties have his own contrivance and the trip was made without further mishap.

Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Wiertz of Lynn spent a few hours at Chas. Guk’s last Friday evening.
