Sauerkraut City (6 October 1911)

 

Wm. Wagner and crew were repairing the telephone line, Monday.

 

Several from here attended Fred Hein’s auction Monday afternoon.

 

Henry Stecher has completed the cement walk at Harry Eide’s.

 

E. Neinas hauled a load of barley to Chili for Anna Lustig last Saturday.

 

Mrs. Anna and Eldo Reisner visited at E. Neinas’ Sunday evening.

 

Mrs. Laura Schrader visited Mr. and Mrs. Fred Dopp Sunday afternoon.

 

The high water last Thursday stole a load of sand from Harry Eide which he had banked up in the highway for his cement walk.

 

John Hefty and wife visited at Will Reisner’s Sunday. 

 

Mrs. E. Miller and Mrs. E. Neinas visited their father August Schlinsog who has been very sick the past two weeks.

 

H. Portz filled silo for Fred Dankemyer last Saturday.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Franke went to Milwaukee Friday and returned Monday.
