Forman, Leland M. (? - 6 October 1964)

 

Funeral services for Leland M. Forman, 70, of Minneapolis, Minn., were held last Friday afternoon from the Georgas Funeral Home in Neillsville.  The Rev. Oscar Nichols of the Methodist Church officiated.  Burial was made in the Neillsville City Cemetery.

 

Mr. Forman, a management consultant of the W. C. Heath Corporation of Milwaukee, died October 6.  He was born in Neillsville and lived in Minneapolis for the last 30 years. Before moving to Minneapolis, he was general manager of the Fairbanks-Morse Company of Beloit; and a former vice president and general manager of Perfection Manufacturing Corporation of Minneapolis.  He joined the Heath firm as a vice president in 1955.

 

He was a director of the W. E. Neal Slate Company.

 

Mr. Forman was a member of the Minneapolis Athletic Club and Westminster Presbyterian Church. He was a former member of Downtown Minneapolis Kiwanis Club.

 

Survivors include his wife, Zura; a daughter, Mrs. Wallace E. Neal, Jr., of Minneapolis; a sister, Mrs. William Glasow of Yuma, Ariz.; and a grandchild.

 

Among those attending the funeral were Mrs. Forman, Mr. and Mrs. Wallace E. Neal, Jr., of Minneapolis, Minn.; Mr. and Mrs. David Hering of Sparta; and Max Herman of Milwaukee.
