Giloy, Gail Diane (Marriage - 5 September 1964)

The Assembly of God Church in Neillsville was the setting for the wedding, September 5, of Miss Gail Diane Giloy, daughter of Mrs. Grace Giloy of Neillsville, and Dean Allen Bryan, son of Mr. and Mrs. George Bryan of the Town of Levis.  The Rev. Verlyn W. Nelson was the officiating pastor.

The bride was escorted to the altar by her uncle, Clarence Olson of Greendale.  She chose for her wedding a floor length gown of Chantilly lace and peau de soie, the skirt of which was fashioned in semi-sheath style. The fitted Basque bodice was styled with a scalloped Sabrina neckline.  Her fingertip veil of imported English illusion was attached to a crown of crystals and pears. The crescent shaped bridal bouquet was made up of feathered pink roses.

Attendants were Miss Ann Gross as maid of honor, and Miss Linda Kren, bridesmaid.  Both are from Neillsville.  They appeared in street length dresses of cotillion blue peau de soie with sheath-styled skirts enhanced by full overskirts held at the waist by a bow.  Crescent shaped bouquets of pink and white carnations were carried by the attendants.

Sandra Patterson  and Rick Patterson of Hales Corners, niece and nephew of the bride, were flowergirl and ringbearer.

Bestman was Arlyn Bryan, and groomsman was Donald Bryan, brothers of the groom.  Harold Flick and Robert Bryan were ushers.

The bride attended Neillsville High School. Mr. Bryan is engaged as a truck driver. The young couple is making their home near Neillsville.

Coming from out of town for the wedding were, Mr. and Mrs.  Ronnie Yankee, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Bryan, Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Larson, and Mr. and Mrs. Donald Guetschow, all of Beloit; Roger Roder of Waukesha; Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Olson of Greendale; Mr. and Mr. Harvey Patterson and children of Hales Corners; Mr. and Mrs. Donald Mueller of Marshfield; Mr. and Mrs. Harold Flick of Union Grove; Mr. and Mrs. Ted Ampe and Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Giloy of Milwaukee.
