Beisner, Judith #2 (4 NOV 1961)

Residing in Minneapolis, Minn. are Mr. and Mrs. William Dunow, who were married Saturday, Nov. 4, 1961 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Colby, by the Rev. John Pinion.

The bride, the former Judith Ann Beisner, daughter of Mrs. Mildred Beisner, Colby, and the late Leo Beisner, became the bride of the son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Dunow, route 2, Owen (Clark Co., Wis.).  The children’s choir sang the nuptial High Mass with Sister M. Louise Ann at the organ.  Chrysanthemums were placed on the church altar for the occasion.

The bride selected for her wedding a white lace over satin ballerina length gown with cover-up jacket.  A pearl and sequin crown held her fingertip veil, which was lace trimmed.  Her flowers were red roses and white carnations.

Attending the bridal pair as best man and matron of honor were Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Scidmore of Colby.  Mrs. Scidmore was seen in an emerald green dress with matching veiled hat.  She carried bronze and gold chrysanthemums and white carnations.

Eanacting the ushering duties were Allen Dunow, Owen, and Ronald Beisner, Colby.

The wedding reception was held at 2:00 o’clock at the V.F.W. clubrooms, followed by the wedding supper.

Mrs. Dunow, a 1960 graduate of Dorchester High School, has been employed by Employers Mutual Insurance Co., Wausau.  Her husband will attend the Gale Institute at Minneapolis.
