Will Guk and Emil Lindow transacted business at Neillsville Tuesday.

 

The latest from Chili is the Madler brothers cut the figure 8 with a load of hay.

 

Mr. and Mrs. A. Pusheck spent Sunday at L. E. Moh’s.

 

Fred Grade delivered some hogs to Granton Monday.

 

The ball game Sunday was a complete victory for S. K. C., the score being 16 to 23.

 

H. Dietrich and family drove out to E. Sternitzky’s Sunday.

 

L. A. Kleinschmidt and Carl Renne called on W. Albrecht Monday evening.

 

Mrs. C. Neinas of Granton spent Monday with her parents Mr. and Mrs. R. Guk.

 

Jim Quicker says if he had his choice between cutting his oats and having the smallpox he would chose the latter.

 

The school board has decided to hire Howard White as teacher for the entire term of 8 months.
