Kaczmarek, Julia (18 JAN 1926-10 NOV 2011)

 

Julia Arch Kaczmarek, 85, Lakewood, Colo., died on Thursday, Nov. 10, 2011. She had been in ill health since suffering pneumonia almost a year ago. Services will be al a later date.

 

Julia Arch began her life in Willard, on Jan 18, 1926. She spent her childhood living on the family farm with four brothers and two sisters. Her mother died when she was only six years old. Even so, she always said she had a great childhood and was grateful to her father for keeping the youing family together. She married Ralph Kaczmarek on April 30, 1949. They later divorced. She spent most of her adult life in Colorado. She worked for Honeywell, as an assembler, for more than 30 years. She enjoyed more than 25 years of healthy retirement. She enjoyed traveling, playing cards, reading, and dancing. She got special pleasure out of her Colorado family, who misses her deeply.

 

Survivors include a niece, Karen (Jon) Johnson; a great-nephew, Shawn Johnson; a great-niece, Melissa (Dan0 Griffin; a great-great-nephew, Mason; two great-great-grand nieces, Josie and Ava, all of Evergreen, Colo.; one sibling, Angela McHale, Springfield, Va.; and many nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death were her parents; one sister; five brothers; one nephew; and one great-nephew.
