Overman, Rosamond E. (16 January 1882 - 1 January 1964)

Funeral services for Mrs. Rosamond E. Overman, 81, of Memorial Home, who died January 1, were held Friday afternoon from Park’s Funeral Home in Centuria.  The Rev. Elwin Brown of the Centuria Methodist Church officiated.  Burial was made in the Balsam Lake Cemetery.

Mrs. Overman was born January 16, 1882, in Lykens, Norway.  Her parents were the late Alonzo and Sarah (Swalley) Tuttle.  She was married on March 2, 1905, to Albert Overman in Balsam Lake.  He died in 1947.  She made her home in Neillsville for the last seven years.

Surviving are three sons: Earl of St. Louis, Mo., Dr. M. V. Overman of Neillsville, and Edward of Oslo, Norway; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

She was a member of the River Falls Methodist Church.
