Detz, Julia (18 FEB 1890 - 5 DEC 1958)
Services were held at St. Hedwig’s Catholic Chapel here at 10:00 o’clock Monday morning for Mrs. Julia Detz, 68, of the Town of Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.), who passed away at the Stanley Hospital on Friday, Dec. 5th, 1958. Rev. Francis Piekarski officiated.
The deceased was born in Poland on Feb. 18, 1890. Besides her husband, Stanley Detz, she is survived by two sons, Michell Kacer of Marshfield and Edmund Kacarka of Royal Oak, Mich.; one daughter, Mrs. Virginia Mueller, Maywood, Ill.; twelve grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Interment took place in St. Hedwig’s new parish cemetery in the city of Thorp. Pallbearers were Frank Kinas, Leon Kaczmarek, Fr. Wyczawski, Anton Swiekowski, Joseph Czech and Frank Gostomski.
