Miss Lucille Amport became the bride of Sgt. Herman C. Feltmeyer in a double ring ceremony performed at Douglas Chapel, Ft. Francis E. Warren, Wyoming, at Cheyenne, Sunday, Nov. 21, 1943, with Chaplain Paul E. Machemer officiating. They were attended by Cpl. and Mrs. LeRoy Mueller, formerly of Milwaukee.
The bride, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Hans Amport, formerly of Humbird (Clark Co., Wis.), now of Union Grove, is a graduate of Humbird High School, class of 1940. She graduated from Deaconess Hospital School of Nursing, of Freeport, Ill., on Sept. 14th, this year, and has been employed at the hospital since graduation. She left the hospital Nov. 18th to join the groom in Cheyenne.
The groom of the happy war time wedding, Sgt. Herman C. Feltmeyer, is the second son of Mr. and Mrs. George C. Feltmeyer of Stockton, Ill. He is a graduate of Stockton High School, class of 1936, and joined the armed forces on July 20, 1943. He was sent to Ft. Francis E. Warren, Quartermaster replacement training center, and has been stationed there, witht eh exception of six weeks spent at Vancouver, Wash.
Sgt. And Mrs. Feltmeyer are residing at 807 West 25th St., in Cheyenne, until transfer orders are received.
The young friends of the bride in Humbird and vicinity extend their best wishes, and all good hopes for the future.
