Washburn Center (2 Apr 1914)

 

Rob Kuhn purchased 40 acres of land from P. Frantz last week.

 

John Galbreath has a sick colt.

 

John Kauth and Henry and Rudolph Frantz attended Odd Fellows Lodge at Neillsville Saturday night.

 

Will Stevens delivered hay at Neillsville last week.

 

There was a party at Geo. Strubing’s Saturday night.

 

Mrs. Moldenhauer, who has been on the sick list, is on the gain.

 

Mrs. Lincoln and daughter, Mrs. Voltz, were Neillsville callers Friday.

 

Mrs. Will Stevens is gaining slowly.

 

Gladys Winters and Clara Frantz spent Saturday at home.  They returned to Neillsville Sunday to resume their school work.

 

The Shortville Ladies Aid will meet at the house of Rudolph Frantz April 9th.  All invited to attend.
