Humbird (17 May 1962)

Mr. and Mrs. Archie Nelson, Eau Claire, Mr. and Mrs. Hilliard Russell and Tom, Minneapolis, and Mr. and Mrs. Thane Joos and family of Alma Center, were dinner guests Sunday in the Sam Newton home.

Mrs. Marion Simonson and children called Sunday evening at the Herman Gerber home.

Mr. and Mrs. Cullen Dignin called Sunday afternoon on Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Sontag at Price.

Mr. and Mrs. Chet Bailey were Neillsville shoppers Friday and called at the Charles Bollom home.

Mr. and Mrs. Ben Grottke of Marshfield visited at the Andy Johnson home Saturday.

James Martin of Beloit spent the weekend with his mother and brothers and family.

Mr. and Mrs. Archie Walker of St. Paul visited at the Kirby home Saturday.

The third and fourth grade children entertained their mothers with a program Friday afternoon.  Miss Agnes Hanson of Black River Falls attended.

Rev. and Mrs. John Zemanick of Nebraska have been here visiting Mr. and Mrs. Paul Elger and other relatives and friends.  Wednesday they were supper guests of Mr. and Mrs. Perle Pickett.

Mr. and Mrs. Alton Dunn and daughters, and Mr. and Mrs. John Dunn of Minneapolis, spent the weekend with Mrs. Mae Dunn and Miss Lucille.

Mr. and Mrs. Charles Fees of Alma Center called Sunday at the Dick Walker home.
