F. D. PARKER returned from his trip to Oshkosh last Friday.  He informs us that he did not find such machinery as he wanted in Oshkosh, and continued his trip to Milwaukee, where he found something that is satisfactory, in the line of machinery for the new mills.  Mr. Chapman, who is to run the flouring mill returned with Mr. Parker, and is now in town, awaiting the construction of the mills, when Spencerians can luxuriate in home made flour.
