Cornwell, Rollie B. (19 February 1902 - 10 August 1961)

 

Rollie B. Cornwell of Hemet, Calif., formerly of Neillsville, died August 10, according to word received here Wednesday.

 

He was born February 19, 1902, in Pine Valley, to the late Leland and Kate Cornwell.  He was a member of the Masons, Elks, American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars and served in both World Wars.  In the first he served with the Army and in the second in the Navy.

 

He worked for the California Electric and Power Company for 29 ½ years.

 

He is survived by his wife, Cora, a daughter, Mrs. Shirley Smith of Klamath Falls, Ore.; a brother, Harold, of Petaluma, Calif.; and two sisters, Mrs. Walt Cattanach of Owen, and Mrs. Emil Luther of Herford Junction, and three grandchildren.
