Bangart, Monica (12 NOV 1955)

 

In a nuptial service at St. Andrew’s Catholic Church, Rozellville, Saturday morning, Nov. 12, 1955, Monica Ann Bangart and Norman Francis Wolf were married.  The Rev. Joseph Eisenman officiated.  The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Anton Bangart of Stratford, route 3, and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Wolf of Loyal (Clark Co., Wis.) are the parents of the groom.  The bride was given in marriage by her father.

 

Following the wedding rites a breakfast was served at the bride’s home and dinner and supper were served at the parish hall.

 

The bride wore a gown of white lace and net.  She carried a white satin muff with a cascading rosary of red roses.

 

Attending the bride was her sister, Marilyn Bangart, Stratford, route 3, maid of honor; and bridesmaids, Virginia wolf and June Wolf, Loyal, sisters of the groom.

 

The maid of honor wore a gown of blue with net and lace ruffles, a lace jacket, and carried blue and white carnations arranged with ivy.  The Wolf sisters dressed similarly to the maid of honor and carried identical bouquets.

 

The groom’s attendants were his cousin, Louis Kowalski of Waukesha, who served him as best man, and groomsmen, Theodore Bangart, Milwaukee, uncle of the bride, and Art Schill, Auburndale, cousin of the groom.

 

Jane Bangart, sister of the bride, was flower girl and wore a dress of white satin and carried a satin muff with a cross of roses.

 

The children’s choir from St. Andrew’s School sang.

 

The bride attended Marshfield High School and was employed at the Weinbrenner Shoe Factory.  The groom attended Loyal High School and is employed on his father’s farm, Loyal.

 

Mrs. Bangart attended her daughter’s wedding in a navy blue dress and red accessories and the groom’s mother wore a dress of medium blue with black accessories.

 

Their wedding trip took them through western states.

 

Guests were  from Loyal, Granton, Marshfield, Marathon, Waukesha, Athens, Milwaukee, Madison, Manitowoc, and Stratford.
