Hause, Louise  (23 MAY 1895-02 JAN 1953)

 

Funeral services for Mrs. George Hause, 57, who died at her home Friday morning, Jan. 2, were held at Trinity Lutheran Church at 2 p.m. Monday with the Rev. E. E. Aalto officiating.

 

Mrs. Hause, the former Louise Schmidt was born May 23, 1895 at Jefferson. She received her education in the schools of Arpin. On April 10, 1917 she was married to George Hause at Arpin. They lived on farms until eight years ago when they moved into the city of Loyal. She had been in ill health for the past eleven months.

 

Mrs. Hause is survived by her husband, two sisters, Mrs. Annie Bouma, Arpin, and Mrs. Minnie Maass, Jefferson, and two brothers, Herman Schmidt, Knowlton, and Charles Schmidt, Arpin. A brother and sister preceded her in death.

 

Serving as pall bearers were Frank Coryell, August Witt, Bert Brown, John Habhegger, Henry Lempke and Herman Litka.

 

Miss Marjorie Gotter and Miss Dorothy Capelle sang, "Abide With Me" and "Asleep in Jesus" with Miss Rochelle Lautenbach as organist.

 

Burial was in the Arpin cemetery.

 

Relatives from away who attended the funeral were Mrs. Annie Bauer, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Oehler and two children, Mr. and Mrs. Will Bouma and three children, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Hause and daughter, Mrs. Lena Hause, Floyd Hause, Ivan Hause and Mrs. William Wittenham, all of Arpin; Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Maass and daughter, and William Maass, West Allis; and Mr. and Mrs. Larry Paul., Sheboygan.
