The bride’s floor length gown was fashioned with a bouffant skirt, and Alencon lace top with Peter Pan collar of lace and a front lace panel extending down the dress. Her finger tip, lace trimmed veil was of imported sheer illusion net & was of imported sheer illusion net and was held by a head piece of seed pearls and rhinestones. She carried a cascade arrangement of deep pink roses and pompoms with matching satin ribbons.

The bride chose for her maid-of-honor Miss Marlene Pachal, a cousin of the groom.  Her bridesmaid was Miss Karlene Kleinschmidt, a relative of the bride.

The bridal attendants wore strapless gowns, with satin tops and cover up jackets of satin, and matching gauntlets. Their bouffant skirts were of net over taffeta.  They wore matching headpieces.

Miss Pachal’s gown was Dior blue and Miss Kleinschmidt wore a shrimp color gown. Cascade arrangements of pompons and carnations with matching ribbons were carried by the bridal attendants.

The groom’s attendants were Reuben Ehlert, the bride’s brother, serving as bestman, and Kermit Leng, Spencer, who served as groomsman.  Henry Kurz, Spencer, a cousin of the bride, ushered.

The Rev. E. E. Aalto officiated at the 2 p.m. double-ring ceremony at Trinity Lutheran Church.  Miss Betty Nysted was organist and Miss Marlene Anderegg sang, "O Perfect Love".  Both wore blue formals.

Both of the newly-weds are graduates of the Loyal High School.  The groom is engaged in farming and the bride, until recently, has been employed in Marshfield.

Blue-gray dresses with corsages to pompoms in fall colors were worn by both the mother of the bride and the groom’s mother at the marriage service.

Supper was served to 100 guests in Trinity Lutheran dining hall. Guests were from Chelsea, Spencer, Oconomowoc, Milwaukee, Unity, Greenwood, Marshfield, Racine, Neillsville, and Loyal.

When the new Mr. and Mrs. Pachal return from a honeymoon in southern and eastern Wisconsin, they will make their home on the farm of the groom’s parents, Loyal, Route 1.
