Pleasant Ridge (30 Oct 1913)

 

Julius Benedict and wife of Neillsville spent last Wednesday with Otis Slocomb and wife.

 

Lydia Slocomb of Greenwood is spending this week with her sister, Mrs. Geo. West.

 

Mrs. Geo. Howard spent last week at Greenwood with her daughter, Mrs. Wm. Geisler.

 

Arch Howard and wife of North Grant spent Sunday with Ed. Selves and wife.

 

Mr. and Mrs. John Raine spent Sunday with Herbert Counsell and wife.

 

Mrs. Sereno Wren was able to ride to town Saturday to see the doctor.  She is getting along finely.

 

Mrs. Ed Williams returned from the Eau Claire hospital Friday.  Aleda Brown is working there.

 

Elsie Snyder spent Thursday night at Ed. Selves.

 

Sadie Blackman of Columbia spent Saturday and Sunday at home.

 

Mesdames Joe Counsell and Blackman spent last Thursday with Mrs. Jim Baker.

 

Ella Raine spent Saturday and Sunday with Edna Brown.

 

Mesdames Ed. Huckstead and Blackman spent a day of last week with Mrs. Albert Schultz.
