Selves, Minnie K. (5 September 1867 - September 1960)
Mrs. Thomas (Minnie) Selves, a pioneer resident of Neillsville, died last week at the Clark County Hospital at Owen and was buried in the Colby Cemetery. The former Minnie K. Welsch, she was born September 5, 1867, in Sheboygan County. She attended school in Braun Settlement and married J. Thomas Selves in 1888.
Following their marriage they farmed near Neillsville, and also resided in the city for a time. They operated a farm in Green Grove and later moved to Colby. Her husband, five brothers and three sisters preceded her in death. She leaves a son, Harry, and a sister, Mrs. Bert Barber, of Minneapolis.
Lee Selves, Mrs. Ernest Snyder, Mrs. James Paulus attended the funeral services at Colby.
