Moiland, Marie (Marriage - 3 September 1960)

Marie Moiland and Dan Poppe, Jr., Withee young people, were married September 3, at Nazareth Lutheran Church, with Rev. Beryl Knutsen officiating.

Their attendants were Carl and Beverly Zevinski.

Among the guests besides the immediate family were: Mr. and Mrs. Richard Poppe of Abbotsford; John Poppe, Home from the Army; Mr. and Mrs. Grant Quist of Lublin; Mr. and Mrs. Carl Browne; Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Hinkleman of Westby; Mr. and Mrs. Seigstrom and son and Mr. and Mrs. Clinton Alberts, of Withee.

Both are graduates of the Withee High School. The new Mrs. Poppe has been employed in Wausau. The groom is a tree trimmer.  They will live in the upper flat of her mother’s house in Withee.
